By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by UAE Consumer Protection Law and other applicable legislation.

1. Definitions

  • We / Our / Us: DubaiScooters.ae / Create Max FZ LLC
  • You / Customer: The person purchasing from or using the website

  • Product: Any item sold on the site including scooters, parts, and accessories

2. Website Use

All content, images, and technical information on this site belong to DubaiScooters.ae. You agree not to copy, resell, or misuse our content. Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or legal action.

3. Orders & Processing

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or confirmation by our team (for COD orders).
  • We may cancel or adjust an order in case of stock issues, technical errors, or fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery within UAE takes 1–5 business days.
  • GCC delivery (Saudi, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain) takes 5–10 business days.
  • For GCC orders, a video confirmation is done prior to shipping. Once approved, the order is final and non-refundable.

5. Return & Refund Policy (UAE Law Based)

UAE Orders:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Only replacements or repairs are offered. Refunds apply only if neither is possible.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

GCC Orders:

  • No returns or refunds after video confirmation and shipping approval.
  • If a factory defect is found within 7 days, spare parts will be shipped free of charge.

6. Warranty

  • All scooters include warranty as listed per product.
  • Warranty covers repair or part replacement, not full refunds.
  • Warranty is void if misuse, external damage, or modifications are found.

7. Payments

  • We accept: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (UAE only).
  • Card payments may carry a 3% processing fee.
  • Cash payments have no added fee. VAT is shown at checkout if applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

DubaiScooters.ae is not responsible for misuse, accidents, or personal injuries related to our products. Customers must follow local laws and wear proper safety gear.

We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or customs processes.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal matters will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.

10. Federal Law – Consumer Protection Summary

  • Federal Law No. 24 of 2006: Gives consumers the right to clear product info, fair treatment, and defect protection. Sellers must repair or replace defective items within a reasonable period.
  • Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2020: Clarifies that refunds are not required if repair or replacement is possible. It also defines the seller’s obligations during warranty claims.

DubaiScooters.ae strictly follows these laws in all return, warranty, and support matters.

🛡️ Fair Use & Abuse Prevention Policy

At DubaiScooters.ae, we are committed to providing excellent service and standing by our customers. To ensure fairness and protect our business from dishonest behavior, we have established this Fair Use & Abuse Prevention Policy.

🚫 1. Zero Tolerance for Fraud or Misuse

  • Submitting false or exaggerated defect claims
  • Returning products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with
  • Deliberately triggering warranty claims through misuse
  • Repeated return or refund requests beyond reasonable frequency
  • Harassment or abusive communication with staff

Such behavior may result in account suspension, warranty cancellation, or legal action under UAE commercial and cyber laws.

⚠️ 2. Fair Warranty and Service Use

Warranty is designed to support genuine issues only:

  • Applies only to factory/manufacturer defects
  • Does not cover wear & tear, accidents, or customer misuse
  • Spare part replacement is allowed once per part per warranty period

We maintain records, technician reports, and video logs for all warranty claims.

📦 3. Return & Refund Abuse Protection

  • Returns are valid only if product is unused and in original packaging
  • Assembled, used, or customized items are not eligible
  • Excessive return attempts may result in account restrictions

🛑 4. Respectful Conduct Required

We maintain a respectful and supportive environment. We will not tolerate:

  • Abusive or threatening language toward staff
  • Blackmail or pressure via social media reviews
  • Cyberbullying or online defamation

Violations will be handled under Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 (UAE Cybercrime Law).

🛡️ 5. Our Right to Deny Service

In line with Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2020, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet our policy terms
  • Deny warranty claims deemed abusive or false
  • Blacklist accounts engaging in policy violations

💼 6. Final Authority

All abuse cases are reviewed internally by our management. DubaiScooters.ae holds the right to make the final decision on whether a claim is valid, abusive, or fraudulent.

Battery Safety & Liability Policy

Short Notice: Use only the original charger. Charge indoors on a hard, non‑flammable surface. Do not charge unattended or in heat/direct sun. Damage from misuse, overcharging, or improper storage/parking is not covered. DubaiScooters.ae is not responsible for incidents caused by customer negligence.

1) Customer responsibilities

  • Use only the original/OEM charger and cable supplied or approved for the product.
  • Charge indoors in a dry, ventilated area on a hard, non‑flammable surface; keep away from flammables.
  • Do not charge unattended (including overnight); disconnect once full.
  • Do not charge/store/park in direct sun, hot vehicles, or high‑heat areas.
  • Stop using damaged/swollen/overheating batteries or chargers; contact support.
  • No modifications to battery, BMS, wiring, charger, firmware, or unapproved add‑ons.

2) Examples of negligence/misuse

  • Overcharging or leaving on charge unattended/overnight.
  • Using third‑party/incompatible chargers or adapters.
  • Parking/charging/storing in heat or direct sunlight.
  • Using the product after impact, water ingress, or with visible battery damage.
  • DIY electrical/firmware modifications.

3) Warranty & coverage

Warranty excludes damage, fire, or loss caused by misuse, negligence, improper charging/storage, third‑party chargers, unauthorized repairs/modifications, or failure to follow instructions. Proven manufacturer defects remain covered within the warranty period.

4) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DubaiScooters.ae/Create Max FZ‑LLC are not liable for loss, injury, or consequential damages arising from customer negligence, misuse, or breach of this Policy. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product.

5) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DubaiScooters.ae/Create Max FZ‑LLC from claims and costs arising from your breach, misuse, or negligence.

6) Incident reporting

In case of smoke/heat/fire, prioritize safety, evacuate, call Civil Defence (997)

This Policy supplements the user manual. Nothing here limits non‑waivable rights under applicable UAE consumer laws.

Checkout Acknowledgment (tick‑box): I will use only the original charger, never charge unattended/overnight, and never charge/store/park in heat or direct sun. I understand fire/damage from misuse, overcharging, improper storage/parking, third‑party chargers, DIY modifications, or negligence is not covered and DubaiScooters.ae is not liable, except as required by law.
