At DubaiScooters.ae, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy follows the UAE Consumer Protection Law, which protects your rights as a buyer.
🔁 1. Return & Warranty for Factory Defects (Within UAE Only)
DubaiScooters.ae offers support for defective or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with UAE law.
- Factory Defect or Wrong Item: We offer replacement only for defective scooters or parts. Refunds are not provided unless legally required and no replacement is possible.
- Condition: Product must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days with clear video/photo proof.
- How to Claim: Email support@dubaiscooters.ae with order number, details, and evidence.
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or assembled products
- Customized or modified scooters
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Change of mind after use
- Return requested after 7 days (unless under long-term warranty)
🌍 3. GCC Orders – Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain
For all orders outside the UAE:
- We confirm your item via live video or detailed recorded video before shipping
- Once you approve, the order is processed through shipping and cargo
- No refund or cancellation is possible after shipping is initiated
This is because all shipping, customs, and tax fees are immediately forwarded to logistics teams and cannot be reversed.
📦 4. Return Procedure (UAE Only)
To initiate a return for a valid issue:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or support@dubaiscooters.ae
- Provide your order number, a clear explanation, and supporting video/photo
- Our team will verify your claim within 2 business days
If approved, you may drop off the product at our service center or request pickup (pickup charges may apply unless our fault).

🛠️ 6. International Warranty Support
For customers in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and other international locations:
- We provide full product preview by video before shipping
- If a defect appears within 7 days of delivery, we will send the required spare part free of charge
- No full scooter replacement or refund is available due to shipping, customs, and tax restrictions
All claims must include video/photo evidence and be submitted to support@dubaiscooters.ae.

This return and warranty policy complies with the following laws:
- Federal Law No. 24 of 2006: This is the core UAE Consumer Protection Law. It gives customers the right to be informed, protected, and to receive proper service. If a product is defective, the seller must repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
- Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2020: This regulation explains how sellers must handle returns, warranty, and replacement timelines. It also confirms that refunds are not mandatory if a replacement or repair is possible.
