How to Claim Your Warranty

If you encounter any issues with your electric scooter that you believe are covered under our warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a service request:

  1. Submit a Service Request:

    • Send an email to with the subject line “Warranty Service Request”.
    • Include the following information in your email:
      • Full name
      • Contact details (phone number and email)
      • Order number
      • Date of purchase
      • Detailed description of the issue
      • Relevant photos or videos of the issue (if available)
  2. Pickup Arrangement:

    • After receiving your email, our team will arrange for a courier to pick up your electric scooter from your location.
    • The Pickup and Drop Off Delivery Service has a Fee, which we will Disclose to you based on your Location.
  3. Inspection and Evaluation:

    • Once we receive your scooter, our technicians will inspect and evaluate the issue to determine if it is covered under our warranty terms.
    • We will inform you of the results of the inspection.
  4. Warranty Coverage Determination:

    • Under Warranty: If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge and prepare the scooter for return delivery.
    • Out of Warranty: If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we will send you a quote for the necessary repairs.
  5. Approval and Fixing:

    • If you approve the repair quote, we will proceed with the repairs and prepare your scooter for return delivery.
    • If you do not approve the repair quote, we will return the scooter to you in the condition it was received.
  6. Delivery Costs:

    • The delivery cost to return the scooter to you is based on your Location.
    • Total courier charges for pickup and return delivery is based on your Location.
